Gain the foundations and theory of healthy sports nutrition in class and spend the remainder of the day challenged in energetic sports and physical activity. Learning the basics of how to fuel your body will help ensure you build strength and have proper nutrition for your active life.

This camp will focus on the enhancement of the following Essential Skills

All participants are required to wear closed-toe shoes and full-length pants in the kitchens or labs. Participants with long hair should bring elastics to tie their hair back.

Participants are required to wear appropriate clothing, outlined in the dress code, while in the kitchen. Active wear and non-marking running shoes will be needed for the gym.
